Description

Corrects the graph annotation tutorial to use inline export

Export annotations directly with export_chrome_trace and document graph lane options. Remove the annotation pickle and custom Perfetto conversion workflow, require PyTorch 2.15, and release captured NCCL work before process-group cleanup.
Capture two independent projections on annotated CUDA streams with explicit fork and join dependencies. Reuse inline trace export to show automatic logical lane assignment and explain how graph_lanes controls the displayed layout.
