Summary
I switched rolling mise-managed tools to floating selectors while keeping their resolved versions in
mise.lock; Java stays on the Temurin 25 line, and Node uses the LTS selector. I also updated the protobuf-generation workflow to verify the resolvedprotocversion frommise.lock.To validate against the unreleased Flint fix, this draft temporarily selects Flint from the exact commit in grafana/flint#558. After that PR is merged and released, I will switch this back to the Aqua tool and update the lockfile before this PR is ready.
