Add Brazilian Portuguese translations and GLPI 11 compatibility

Summary

• Add the Brazilian Portuguese translation catalog for the advancedforms plugin.
• Include reservation, validation, table, notification, and pre-reservation messages.
• Pass the translated reservation placeholder from Twig to JavaScript while preserving the internationalized fallback.
• Keep the reservation request model compatible with GLPI 11.0.8 and 11.0.9.

Compatibility rationale

GLPI 11.0.8 and 11.0.9 declare CommonGLPI::$rightname with different property signatures. Redeclaring this property in the plugin causes a fatal error on one of the supported versions. This change uses the inherited property and initializes its value during plugin startup, allowing the translation changes to work on both GLPI versions.

Validation

• PHP syntax checks pass for the modified PHP files.
• GLPI 11.0.9 cache clearing succeeds locally.
• The pt_BR.mo catalog was compiled from pt_BR.po.
