Both were downloaded and compared: sha256297d28f9549ea3c6d86ab00109e0bf097ec72bf429a74c7f9030ab379a46d904.deps-vcpkg,deps-cmakeandrules-qt. They require mcpp 2026.9.26.2 and are selected by feature, so a consumer that selects none of them compiles none of them. The validation pin (MCPP_VERSION2026.9.26.1) does not move: no manifest in this index selects them, and no descriptor grammar changed.xim:vcpkg,xim:qt,xim:qt-addons) are in xim-pkgindex (feat: vcpkg 2026.7.27, qt 6.11.1 and qt-addons 6.11.1; 7zip states the Windows 7z.dll openxlings/xim-pkgindex#878).
