Remove the 'What I could not check' notes block (heading plus three paragraphs, all 13 languages). A reference install guide should carry instructions, not the author's testing caveats. The install pages, engine sections and the one-line try-it note are unchanged.

Removes the 'What I could not check' notes block (heading + three paragraphs, all 13 languages) from the 0.17.0 installation guide. A reference install guide carries instructions, not the author's testing caveats. Install pages, engine sections, and the one-line try-it note are unchanged. 799 translatable keys x 13 languages remain balanced; 75 figures intact.
