• All seven shipped JSON files parsed successfully after installation.
• The freshly downloaded tag ZIP passed archive integrity validation. SHA-256: d800feee907971beca4e151a75a4e4eeb9179c5772017e72cebb581022282ad6.
• Real-project rollout evidence includes Home Baseline PR #292, TinyCalc PR #78, TinyPl0 PR #95, and four additional completed consumer PRs.
