The Accounts and admin release notes stopped at 2026-02-13. Adds entries for features released since then: DVP analytics settings, DHI Select, AI Governance, Gordon plans, DHI Select self-serve purchase, licenses as a product provisioning method, AI Governance permissions for custom roles, OIDC connections, license selection on invite, DVP self-serve plans, emailed member list exports, and the Docker Agentic Platform plan. The notes jumped from January 2026 back to a single January 2025 Desktop entry. Adds the 2025 accounts and admin releases that are not already covered in the Docker Desktop release notes.
Owners can assign a product license to a team, and the Licenses page shows team and individual assignments. Dated to the day the docs merged. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
