The release guide still describes distribution exclusively through Berd and forbids standalone packaging. Update it and the README to describe the intended standalone and app-assisted options, while making clear that source builds are the current path and release/update details are still being worked out.
Removes outdated app bundle paths and the nonexistent prepare-bl-cli-resource.sh reference. No runtime or release workflow changes.
Validation: just ci passed (309 tests, formatting, Clippy, release build and smoke checks); git diff --check passed.
