Global favourites queries only sync between connections when at root level

What happened?

Global favourite queries are not syncing between connections when they are in folders - only when at the root level.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add favourite query, add to folder and set to global
2. Switch connection
3. Queries don't show on the new connection

Expected behavior

I would expect global favourite queries in folders to sync across connections.
