fix: include built plugin in npm package

Summary

• build the dual V1/V2 plugin before npm packs it
• fail release verification when dist/plugin.js is absent
• allow package.json fixes to trigger a patch release
• use the bare @brainervirus/opencode-commandcode target in the V2 example config

Verification

• bun run check
• bun run verify:release-candidate
• imported dist/plugin.js and asserted V1 server + V2 id/setup entrypoints
