Try out i18ner for localization as an early adopter

Hi everyone,

I am currently looking for early adopters to try i18ner out.

i18ner is a flat-priced, BYOK localization/TMS platform with no per-seat or per-word pricing. The idea is that you bring your own LLM key and use it to translate your project's strings.

For early adopters, you won't need to subscribe or pay anything during the beta tests. If you sign up, we'll assign you a subscription for the trial period, so all you'd need to bring is your own key for the provider that you wanna use.

I saw that code-server only has a few locales in src/node/i18n/locales right now, and thought this could be a decent way to knock out more of them. Would be happy to help get code-server's locales expanded using it if anyone's interested, figured I'd ask here before just opening a random PR.

Let me know what you think, or if there's a better place to bring this up.
